I went with a size M and for reference I usually wear a size 8 in bras (at lulu). It had the perfect amount of stretch where I didn’t feel restricted or having to adjust. I sized up from my usual size but while I am small usually, my bust is a bit bigger. I have this in S and white but got this navy one in M and for me it fits better. I'm not small chested though-32C.
