I really like the excellent quality of all Joseph Joseph products (I have quite a few), all of them are well designed a well made. Definitely worth spending a little bit more for their robust, well thought out products. I bought this soap dispenser to replace a C-Pump Soap Dispenser which broke. I really wish you still made the C-Shape this was an even better soap dispenser then the Presto but I'm extremely happy with my purchase nevertheless.

Terrible, broke after 2 days

Extremely disappointed in this product. Been a JJ customer for years as they seemed they had a premium feel to it but I feel I have been let down in this case, especially for such a price tag. The spring mechanism inside the dispenser just fell apart, and the tube got detached from the body, and it's broken. I will not be buying any Joseph Joseph products again.

Unable to get the pump to actually work. It came dismantled, tried to put it together which should have been easy by pressing, pushing and taking bits apart to no avail. In the end the main stick broke.

A great soap dispenser, looks stylish and is great quality, easy to pump using your arm or elbow. Easy to refill and has a non slip base which is perfectly weighted. Holds a good amount of liquid soap. I will buy more for our other bathrooms. I would certainly recommend.

Great little bottle and no drips

I bought this as a two part set with my new draining rack. It is lovely to look at and better than the plastic bottle on the worksurface. No drips either. It gives out a much smaller blob that the actual plastic bottle which gave too large a dose therefore I can see the soap will last longer. Definitely recommend.
