Didn’t fit into letterbox
I ordered the Chocolate Letterbox Gift as a present for my sister. Unfortunately it did not fit through her letterbox, so it was just left on the doorstep. I phoned M&S to ask about this, and was told that these letterbox gifts don’t always fit into letterboxes because of the packaging. So although I’m sure the actual chocolate was very nice, I feel that the term ‘letterbox gift’ is somewhat misleading.
