Lovely hat but too big!
No, I don't recommend this
When I collected this hat (I ordered it into store) it had a hole in the seam, which I repaired myself as I didn't see it until I got it home. The hat itself is beautiful, but it is a little on the large side. My daughter is an average-sized 21 months and it keeps falling over her eyes, meaning she probably can't now wear it until next winter. Apart from the hole and the sizing, it is nice, but I wouldn't recommend if your child has a small-average sized head!
