Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources while ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with one litre of fresh water and flower food (if provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly.

Colourful but not really as advertised

I picked these flowers to send to a friend following a bereavement on the basis that the advert said the roses would be in “full bud” . My friend sent me a Thankyou with a picture taken on arrival and most seemed to be in half/full bloom and probably wouldn’t last for long. Rather disappointing as last month I sent M&S flowers to a friend for Xmas and she was delighted with them and said they were the best ever.

This is a pretty, colourful bouquet and looks lovely in the photo. However there didn’t seem to be many flowers in the photo that my friend sent me, after she’d arranged it, so I was a bit disappointed.

The bouquet was delivered to my SiL for her birthday and on first appearance was OK, however, by the morning the flowers had wilted, so a complaint was made by my SiL and promptly replaced.

The flowers were great. However there was no message card enclosed, my friend whose special birthday it was had no idea who they were from which was disappointing. This eventually came to light, a few days later.

The flowers were pretty, but there weren't very many of them. I have come to expect better from M&S especially for £45 (plus delivery). You can get nicer bouquets in the shop. They were also left on the doorstep with no attempt to deliver to a neighbour. I felt quite disappointed this time.

Bouquet filled 2 vases
