Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources while ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with one litre of fresh water and flower food (if provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly.

The bouquet was smaller than in the image, although fresh and neatly presented. A 6pm delivery of ‘next day’ in a city location is pushing it a bit for flowers really.

This bouquet was a gift for my Mother-in-law's 93rd birthday. I ordered it online from NZ as i have done before. She reported that it was, as usual, a beautiful fresh bouquet with the most gorgeous combination of colours. The previous one lasted for well over a week and some bloons even longer!!! The communication right up until deluvery is excellent and the delivery time is always as indicated or even earlier sometimes. The bouquet was packed very well to avoid damage. Thanks again M&S.
