Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources while ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with one litre of fresh water and flower food (if provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly.

The colours were beautiful, but the roses in it were past it: already showing signs of going at the edges, and they in fact lasted only 2 days. Very poor performance for M&S, especially when compared to another internet supplier for the same occasion.

I ordered these flowers online to be sent to my Son and Daughter-in-Law’s address. They have just become new parents to a beautiful baby girl. They were really pleased with the flowers and the bunch was so big, they had to use 2 vases to put them in. From their photo, the flowers look amazing and just like the ones in the picture on the Marks and Spencer’s website. Very good value.
