Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources while ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with one litre of fresh water and flower food (if provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly.

The flowers were quite nice but there were some not great quality stems in the bouquet. M&S need to ensure that whoever is supplying their flowers is consistently supply good quality. That is what’s expected from M&S at their higher price point and expectations of the brand. M&S are letting their quality standards fall across the board and your customers expect more.
