Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources while ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with one litre of fresh water and flower food (if provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly.

The bouquet was okay. Not really the quality I expected from M&S. especially at the price. If I’m buying flowers, I alway get them at my local M&S. they are always beautiful and last ages. I sent these to my sister for her birthday, expecting them to be the same quality & they definitely weren’t.

Poor value for money. Really disappointed with my purchase. Small bunch of flowers for a special occasion. I thought by buying from M&S it would guarantee good quality with value for money. Not so!. Embarrassing for me to be there when they had been delivered. Can you explain how you charge £50.00 for such a small bunch of flowers?

Purchased these for my Mum for Mother's Day and they were awful. The roses were mainly dead and looked nothing like the photo. M&S issued a replacement bunch the following week but they were even worse. Save yourself some money and don't buy these.

The flowers were for my elderly sister who had suffered a horrendous fall resulting in a fracture arm and collar bone. I bought flowers from you trusting they would be of quality as I had ordered flowers before and they were excellent. When I visited my sister two days later I was incredibly disappointed ☹️. The flowers were straggled and nothing like those in your picture! I went to see my sister 3 days after this but the flowers were still the same. Needless to say I won’t be ordering flowers again.

I was rather disappointed with this bouquet, the flowers were quite open which meant they wouldn’t last very long, and for the price paid £50.00 I feel they were far too expensive, but because I wanted something nice for my granddaughters second wedding anniversary I paid the price but I did expect better flowers that would last at least a week, sadly they didn’t, but on the plus side they were delivered on time, would I buy them again? Most definitely no.
