Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources while ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

Inconsistent quality. Bought for a colleagues job change and it was stunning. Bought the bouquet again for my mother for Mothers day and it was half the size. Be warned!

I bought this bouquet for my mum as a Mother's Day gift and we were both stunned by it's beauty. The flowers arrived beautifully presented and there was a good variety of roses, lilies etc, all in shades of bright pink and orange. There were so many flowers we struggled to find a vase that was big enough! I would definitely buy these again when looking for a gift. Mum said it was the best bouquet she'd ever received in her 73 years and she has had many. Highly recommended!

The bouquet was exactly as pictured, absolutely beautiful, arrived in perfect condition and lasted well over a week with the provided food sachet added as per instructions. This was a freebie for joining the Rewards club. Beautiful flowers. Roses are very big and unusual colours. Will brighten up any room. I’ve had them a week and they are still going. The chocolates weren’t what I was expecting, not on the advert but I prefer the Swiss collection so happy all round. I think if was paying full price I would’ve preferred they last longer
