Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources while ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

Arrived bit limp but florist trick use vase filled to 4 inches high warm to hand hot water. Cut inch off each stem remove any greenery so only stalks contained within water. Put somewhere cool ie down stairs cloakroom. Flowers lasted 8 days. Original bouquet water was changed after 4 days then used flower sachet. Today 9 days later the roses are past their best but other flowers remain in bloom. Most happy. The instructions received with the bouquet need revision by a florist.

The quality of the product (flowers plus chocolates) was excellent as was the delivery service. However, there was difficult in contacting and liaising with a M&S representative to make a minor change to the delivery address (even though this was attempted within the 30 minutes allowed after placing the order).
