Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources while ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

The flowers were absolutely beautiful, and the chocolates were very well received as a gift. However, I did find the product image a little misleading regarding the vase. While I appreciate that the small print and product specification state that the vase is not included, the main image shows both the chocolates and the vase, which naturally leads to the assumption that the vase is included as well, especially when making a quick purchase. I noticed that some other arrangements shown with a vase do include it, whereas this one is a hand-tied bouquet. My suggestion would be to remove the vase from the image for this particular product, as it would help avoid any confusion for customers who may not notice the specification details at checkout. Overall, I was very happy with the flowers and the gift presentation, but I felt it was worth sharing this feedback to help improve clarity for future customers.
