Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

Roses started to turn brown and die off after after 2 days. The greener had bugs on it and the whole bouquet had to be thrown away after just a week. Not good for a celebratory 70th birthday gift for my wife.

Unexpected from M&S

Having purchased flowers several times before from M&S, the flowers have always been good. However, on this occasion, they were poor, some flowers were already wilting and on the verge of dying and the overall presentation for £45 was very poor. Won't be using M&S flowers again, which is a shame as its so convenient.

Sent to my mum as she had recently lost her husband of 70 years. These were free flowers for me for joining club rewards. As a big M&S fan I was expecting something special but so very disappointed. They came beautifully boxed but were nothing like the photo I chose from. The white roses were already wilting and yellowing On the outside. The Lillie’s never opened except one which made a poor effort. After two days mum threw the roses out out as she couldn’t watch them droop anymore. I know I didnt directly pay for them but sad to receive such third rate flowers. I should have photographed them but thought about it too late.

A very disappointing Diamond Anniversary bouquet.
This was sent to me by my husband as part of our 60th Wedding Anniversary celebrations. The white irises were cut down to a ridiculously short length, all their normal majesty gone before they bloomed….except they didn’t bloom!! They had to be separated into short vase, the bottom 3 flower buds removed so as not to be submerged. Of the rest of the bouquet, the lilies also turned brown and failed to bloom, only the roses were good and up to a good standard. This bouquet was part of flowers sent on three consecutive days as a surprise to me by my husband who is disabled so shopped online. Only 2 of the 3 bouquets were satisfactory and he was really disappointed. Often the sender of online flowers don’t get to see them - and of course the recipient isn’t going to say they were awful! This might lead to glowing reviews that are misleading. In this case it was disappointment all round.
