Nice throw, poor heat

This is a lovely soft throw, however, the heat Output is not good and inconsistent across the throw. I’ve used others that are more effective on the maximum setting. A shame as the material was really nice. Returned as unsuitable.

Very soft and good for keeping warm when watching TV & is nice on top of a bed. The heat that it emits is fairly mild and not fully consistent throughout, but it is a lovely product and very useful. It's more of a gentle taupe colour than grey. The off white is also lovely.

I bought this to save on heating bills. The material is very soft and fluffy and cosy and it is a good size. I find it doesn't heat up well even on setting 6. It is also really inconsistent, some parts feel really hot and others don't. Sometimes I find it heats better than others. I will keep it as it is quite snuggly regardless.

Good winter purchase
Lovely soft blanket. I have it on max (level 6) which is nice and warm but not too hot which is perfect for me. Definitely worth having in this cold weather.

This throw is of a good thickness and so soft. The wattage is 130W, the controller has 6 levels of temperature, and it turns off automatically after 3 hours. It heats up really quickly on level 6 to be very warm, and I then to turn it down to a lower level to stay nice and warm. Very glad I bought this.

Erratic
It’s a lovely soft comforting throw, but it’s very erratic. Sometimes we switch it on and it doesn’t work. Other times it does not reach a high enough temperature, even when on number 6.

Live the size and feel of this heated blanket. The heat settings are poor, with the highest setting only lukewarm. When I compare it others we have, it is much cooler. In addition it only has a default timer of 3 hours. A lovely blanket but lacking refinement of heat control and variable timer, which so many other blankets have for the same price

Looks far better than the photographs! Back is a soft plain velvet. Everything neatly made. The heat levels are 1-6 and I found 3 was excellent during the 5 degree evenings without the central heating. I did notice that the heat automatically clicks off after 3 hours. I think this is important to note. The elderly frequently fall asleep in their chair, central heating clicks off, and this might be their only heat in the very cold night hours ..... This throw won't work for that purpose!! Better to choose a thermostat controlled throw or one with a longer timer.

This is by far the best heated blanket I have bought, the quality, softness, thickness and heating control. The blanket heats up quickly with a good variety of settings. The highest heat is very warm, perfect if that’s what you want. I have bought cheap ones and expensive branded versions but this so far is the best. The acid test is when you wash them but can’t see there being any issues.
