Pure Cotton Floral Waisted Midi Dress

I was disappointed with this dress. I liked the pattern but the fabric was not nice. The top part of the dress fitted well but the bottom part of the dress was too big.

I love this dress, as soon as I put it on, my hands discovered the pockets. I love pockets!! Like other reviewers, I brought a size smaller that I usually take, it’s a little big but I don’t like figuring hugging clothes anyway. It sits nicely, just below my knees. Just need to look out for a cardi to wear with it, evenings can get a bit chilly.

This dress attracted me by its pretty pattern, relaxing style, light but not seen through cotton. Even this is regular fit, it is a bit longer for me. Thank you for great delivery servise

I am not one for leaving reviews normally but I have just come online to find this dress in other colours as I am that obsessed and I've only had it a few days. I just needed to leave a review. I am normally a size 16, never bigger or smaller, always a 16. I've not long had a baby, still feeling rather rubbish about my post baby bod and not fitting into anything other than potato sack shaped clothes at the min. I've lost count of the amount of times I've been clothes shopping in the last month and came away empty handed and feeling even worse about myself. I found this dress in store and I don't normally go for midi length dresses but picked it up anyway in a size 16 and as soon as I put it on it cheered me right up. It's fits me lovely and when I hopefully lose a bit of weight I think it will still fit nice too. I've been wearing with my doc martens and an oversized parka and had so many compliments I just love it. Finally feel like wearing something other than my pjs!

I like the fabric of this dress the most: floral print and cool cotton. After having read the reviews, I ordered a size 12 long (I am a size 14, sometimes a 16). It fits me well. The one thing that does not fit properly about this dress, regardless of the size, is the waistline. It is too high above the waist; something that can spoil the look of a dress which has an a-line shape and gathers at the waist. I am good with the needdle so I have altered this, as well as reduced some of the a-line shape to give a more slimming look. It looks much better on me now. I kept it because I saw I could alter it; otherwise, I wouldn't have, despite liking the fabric so much.

Probably would not normally have ordered online but saw it in-store and was really surprised by the quality and could immediately see how would toughen it up with some trainers or chunky sandals. It does come up a bit big so would order a couple of sizes (up and down) if you can to get the best fit. It does have a drawstring though so it is really about how it fits you at the bust. I can't go on enough about how surprised I was to love this on though. Feel like should be romping in the French countryside. This shall be my def go to, just throw it on on sunnier days dress. More of these retro styles please M&S. Would love this style in a few more prints and even in solid colours, polka dots etc. Two thumbs up!

I order two sizes to try one was too big and the other size was of too fitted around the bust. Had to return them. Order system very good speedy delivery.

This is a pretty dress, lovely material and a style I like. I ordered size 16, which was plenty big enough, considering I usually take an 18 in a dress. However, as another reviewer has stated, it's rather strange around the bust/drawstring "waist", my feeling is the drawstring waist needs to be longer from the bust area. I sent it back as it just did not suit, due to the top of the dress.

Nice fit will be nice for the summer,can I just add it would be great if your models were a normal size and not a size 8 all the time.

I sent for my normal size in M & S dresses but it was a bit big on the top and appeared to slip off one shoulder, Sent for a size smaller and fits just fine

An absolute must for the summer, lovely soft cotton dress which can be dressed up with strappy sandals or worn casual with flip flops.

Ordered online with 10% discount, bonus. Its a lovely pattern and material feels nice and cool and lightweight. My only concern is that the body is quite short so with having a bigger bust the drawstring kinda rides up to under my bust, making them look bigger. They are big so not a lot i can do to hide them. However love the dress so am keeping and it, looks fab with a denim jacket and strappy sandals

Bought this dress in my usual size 12 but found it to be very big around the bust. I've now ordered the size 10 so hopefully will fit better. This floral pattern reminds me of a well known designer brand. I like it has pockets shall look forward to wearing it.

As a size 32 I was surprised to find this dress, it fits me well , shoulders fit well and do not fall off. I am 5ft 7in tall and it is a great length for me. Fabric has more body than cheesecloth but it is a summer weight fabric
