I bought this dress after much tooing and froing. I love it. It’s really light and fresh. I bought large and it fits me well. I’m 16/18 depending on the make. I wear it with a long cardi and leggings in the winter and with a slightly longer (than the dress, which is very short) chemise in summer.

I have come to appreciate all mini dresses from m and s are far too short for me so have bought this as a tunic. It is nice enough for that but never as a dress. I wish you would cater better for taller people.

White embroidered floral pure cotton mini dress. Beautiful fine cotton fabric, embroidered with all over, feathered floral design. 7/8 sleeves, I’d prefer full length. Tied neckline, can be arranged many ways. I have 4! One dyed fabulously bright yellow. Second will be a nightdress, rather luxurious. Third is a blouse, a fancy blouse, I may shorten, needs a few wears to discover the best length. The cut off will become a scarf! Fourth, well, a beach dress of course, as I would never wear a mini, these days. I bought in the sale for £27, a true bargain for fine, pure cotton. More 100% natural fabrics please.

It is a very cute dress and I really wanted to kept it but the white was a very off white yellow tinge colour which annoyed me as I would have wanted it to be white/cream/ivory and would have wanted to keep washing to get whiter.

What a gorgeous dress. I’m going to wear this with an underskirt on holiday. It is even nicer in reality and the flowers are beautiful. It’s short but as I am only 1.5m it is perfect for me. I love the sleeves as well and I’m going to wear it during a city break. Well done M&S.

I am 5'3'' and a size 8, ordered the extra small. I definitely think the small would of swamped me. Its quite see through, so its definitely a beach dress. Shortish but perfect for what it is.
