Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources while ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

When the bouquet arrived it looked lovely and my friend was delighted with it. However I saw the flowers a week later and was very disappointed as the larger protea had turned black from a lovely pink. Having lived in South Africa where protea are the National flower and knowing how long they should last…..more than a week I feel let down especially as the bouquet was chosen for my friends 90th birthday and she has holidayed in SA and they were one of her favourite flowers.

I sent two of these bouquets to two different friends. Although I did not see the flowers myself, both recipients commented that they were very favourably impressed by the appearance, quality and freshness of the bouquets. I was pleased to hear this as the previous orders were mishandled. I am glad M&S has resumed its normally excellent service.

I was so disappointed when I received these flowers! Just before Christmas I ordered the Christmas protea bouquet which was beautiful, but this was awful! Instead of three protea as advertised in the picture I had two, there were no purple flowers at all, instead of the small leafed eucalyptus, the leaves of the eucalyptus I received were long and ugly and very 'woody', instead of what looked like yellow/lime green berries, the berries I received were grey, and there was other greenery missing that was shown in the picture. You let me down this time M&S, I had ordered this bouquet to cheer myself up after losing a family member, it didn't!
