Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources while ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

I ordered these for my daughter in laws birthday and as they looked so unusual ordered a bouquet for myself at the same time.. When they arrived the heathers were shedding theirs flowers and the whole lot in the bouquet looked tired. I thought they might improve on being put in water but no.My daughter in law rang to thank me and assured me that hers were find. I will never know if she was just being polite.I usually use Marks and Spencer for my flowers as they have always been good until this incident. I should have complained when they were delivered .
