[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not dissatisfied with the actual product in the bottle and I was thrilled that you brought back the original primer, but I was sent a bottle that must have been returned by someone else, because I pumped and pumped (bringing back memories of the old bottles which would never pump the product out) and nothing came out. I went to unscrew the top off to use the primer directly from the bottle and saw that it was on crooked. Odd!!!! I finally got the top off only to see that there is no tube going from the top to the product! Seriously! I think someone returned this for these very reasons. I am 73 and have always loved this primer and was so excited you brought it back, but this really upset me! I have not had the time to return this.

But I was so disappointed when I got the new bottle and realized it’s not the same formula. The original formula was a lite gel. This formula is so oily and the new pump bottle is the worst. It doesn’t dispense consistently. It’s like they didn’t do product testing. Bring back the real original formula Prime Time!

Terrible new formula & bottle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new formula separates & has a greasy texture. The pump dispenses an inconsistent amount & sometimes nothing comes out the first few tries. Once applied, it breaks up my makeup within a few hours and does nothing to control oil. The old squeeze tube formula was much better. It was thicker, smoother, & consistently reliable. It controlled oil well & kept my makeup intact throughout the day.
