I helps the minerals have a surface to "stick to" but using a brush with them in a circular motion makes the minerals slightly creamy and they blend so nicely with your skin.

The primer in it i forgot to notice how well that's working. I know it's much better than what I was using before that was from a different company.

I literally had to apply it immediately after I applied the complexion rescue so I could blend it evenly on my face. I will order the original Prime Time from now on. Thanx
