This wine is from the famous Pouilly Fumé appellation in France’s Loire Valley, where the climate and flint-rich soil provide perfect conditions for Sauvignon Blanc of great character. M&S winemaker Belinda Kleinig worked with local producer Christophe Denoël to create this minerally fresh and expressive wine, true to the area’s unique terroir.
