Swing style bottom

Love the style, thickness (felt warm as soon as I put it on) and colour of this fleece however the fit let it down. I ordered M as usual and the top half was fine, I don’t mind a little extra room, but the bottom half seems to be an exaggerated swing shape and stuck out at the back like a tent. I was disappointed to return and will try size S but fear that will be too fitted at the top - we shall see

This top is a beautiful shade of blue and the material is soft and cozy so it would be nice and warm to wear. However I think the sizing is way out. I’m a standard size 8 and usually buy XS in most things from Sweaty Betty. I thought this might be big fitting so I bought the XXS. It was huge on me! It was very wide, even the sleeves were wide and baggy and the bottom of it hung away from my body. Sadly I had to return it.
