Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

This bouquet was a gift to a couple within the family. The comment is, that the flowers have been lasting really well, and because it was a substantial bouquet it was a pleasure to look at. They rated it 10/10. So well done to M&S Flowers!

Unfortunately this bouquet didn’t meet the standards that I felt they should given that they were M&S and that they cost £50. They didn’t last a week. Many were dropping and never recovered!

I was sent a photo of the bouquet which was a present. It was thin looking and not like the photo. Not worth £50 and I was so disappointed. My valentine roses from m and s were equally disappointing and didn’t open up.

Poor quality. Some of the roses had little life left. The general appearance was a value of half what I paid. Don’t send these 2 anyone. They look like a mean choice. Cost £50. Looked value of £20
