Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

I was extremely disappointed with these flowers , I ordered them especially for a birthday gift, upon arrival they looked like they were half the bunch compared to the picture online. In addition most of them were already wilting. I have pictures to prove this if you’d like to see them. Compared to most bunches I have recently purchased they have not even lasted a full week even with change of water. I’m very disappointed with these , as I was expecting much more than this from Marks and Spencer flowers !

I was lucky enough to receive these 8 days ago and they really are lovely. They arrived on the selected date, in good condition and well packaged (rather too well, I found it difficult to get them out of the box!). They are still looking good although the roses are starting to discolour on the outer petals - I always knew that roses don't last too well so it's no surprise. They would have been rather expensive had I bought them and I never would have spent that much money on flowers for myself.

This bouquet was a gift to a couple within the family. The comment is, that the flowers have been lasting really well, and because it was a substantial bouquet it was a pleasure to look at. They rated it 10/10. So well done to M&S Flowers!
