Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

I was lucky enough to receive these 8 days ago and they really are lovely. They arrived on the selected date, in good condition and well packaged (rather too well, I found it difficult to get them out of the box!). They are still looking good although the roses are starting to discolour on the outer petals - I always knew that roses don't last too well so it's no surprise. They would have been rather expensive had I bought them and I never would have spent that much money on flowers for myself.

Unfortunately this bouquet didn’t meet the standards that I felt they should given that they were M&S and that they cost £50. They didn’t last a week. Many were dropping and never recovered!

Poor quality. Some of the roses had little life left. The general appearance was a value of half what I paid. Don’t send these 2 anyone. They look like a mean choice. Cost £50. Looked value of £20
