Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

Brought this for a colleague big birthday present and was disappointed with the small gift bag with flowers which didn't match the quality or volume for the price paid. Considering it is M&S I feel in future I could of gone to a cheaper local shop and had a more impressive gift for better value. Will not be buying flowers in future and would like a refund. Upsetting as had this delivered and didn't match description.
