How to Use: Before shampooing, thoroughly wet hair and apply in sections

Work into hair with fingertips

Cover with a shower cap and leave for at least 20 minutes (preferably over 60 minutes)

Rinse well and follow with the appropriate Philip Kingsley shampoo, conditioner and scalp toner
•
Finer hair textures should double-shampoo to remove all product

For best results use at least once a week

I have long, coarse, bleached hair and the elasticizer works beautifully at ensuring my hair stays tangle free in the shower, smooth after a blow dry and maintains it’s softness and shine before the next hair wash. I used it religiously for about 3 years, then stopped due to the price. However, I have since started using the product again and it’s a game changer from first use, a definite staple in my routine!

My hair is naturally kinky-coily, and although I know this product isn’t typically marketed towards people of African descent with my hair type, I genuinely couldn’t recommend it enough! My hair is naturally quite dry and can feel almost straw-like, but using too much leave-in conditioner or curl cream tends to weigh it down. I’ve struggled to find that sweet spot between softness and hydration without my hair feeling coated in product. For the first time, my strands feel genuinely soft and hydrated! My hair is so much softer, easier to manipulate, and just feels lovely. It’s honestly such a refreshing change. I can’t even remember how I stumbled across this product, but aren’t I lucky? I’m so glad I did!

This experience has been similar to revisiting a long lost friend. I had used the product years ago when it was first stocked by M&S. After using other often more expensive brands and my hair getting finer as I have aged I decided to try it again. Fantastic.

Amazing product which rescued my bleached, coloured, dry and damaged hair. I left the Elasticizer for 5 hours on the first use though after reading reviews I didn’t expect this much improvement after one use. Now I’m using once a week and I’m so happy that I can hand comb my hair which was extremely dry and tangled hair a week ago!

Really pleased with this conditioner. My fair is fragile, thinning and very fine. I've used this four of five times now but, right from the start, my hair has looked and felt so much more luxurious. You must leave it on for at least 20 minutes. I also use the Maximiser before blow-drying. Excellent!
