Mis-sold product
No, I don't recommend this
Really disappointed. The listing for the product has no measurements and whilst it’s mini this is suitable for a 2-3 year old when I purchased it for a 6 year old. Cannot return it as it’s personalised but feel mis-sold to. I complained to customer services and the rep told me she agreed that it wasn’t clear however was only empowered to give a £5 gift voucher. She said it would be escalated and I would receive a call, still waiting 2 weeks later. Just not the product quality or customer service I expected from M&S and a huge waste of £28.
