To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (if provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

My friend sent me a photo of her bouquet and it was quite a bit different from the photo in the website. Far fewer flowers and really quite a ‘skimpy’ bunch if flowers. I would never have sent her anything so paltry. I believed that she would receive exactly as was shown in your photo.

To be completely honest, I was disappointed with this bouquet. It arrived in a box rather than hand delivered and there was no water to keep them fresh. The bouquet did not look as full as in the picture. A poor show for the price. Previously I have always been happy with M&S flowers but I will think twice before ordering again.
