To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (if provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

My sister had an unexpected medical issue which left her quite shocked. We live a long way from her so just to let her know she is not alone we decided to send her some flowers - and chocolates (because everyone loves chocolate).The flowers were delivered exactly on time and she was absolutely delighted. She said they are lovely and she had already started on the chocolates - which, despite her initial dislike of the dark chocolate dusting, she said were delicious. So I’m delighted that this small gesture helped take her mind off things for a while.

They were wonderfull and they arrived at the correct time we were really pleased wirh them i would like to say the staff in the pudsey store are so helpfull and pleasant and iwould like to thank joe for the help picking the corect fowers and doing it all for us we looked for him last time we came in but he was so busy helping sombody but next time we are in the store we will thank him and we like to say marks and spensers is our favorot store
