To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (if provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

I bought this as a birthday gift. The flowers, particularly the gerberas looked a bit sad and the bouquet didn’t seem to be as big as it looked on your site. I filled in the message I wanted on the card, and no card was included in the box.

The flowers were a gift for my Mum after she had a medical procedure and unfortunately they were not what I was hoping for. The flowers and leaves were quite bruised and looked like they were already past their best freshness. I was disappointed as normally M&S flowers are much better.

Very poor quality - in the words of the recipient they “looked terrible and only lasted a day” so that was a waste of £40. The person I sent them to called M&S with feedback but they were uninterested - which for me is the real issue.

I chose these for my daughter's birthday. In all honesty, I was disappointed. The descriptions states 20 stems; its actually 16 because 4 are bits of foliage that lasted a few days. The Gerberas had to be binned as they were not wired. Despite correct cutting and feeding they did not last. I expect more for a £40 bouquet. A bouquet my D received from a local florist still looks like new. Perhaps there is a lesson here, go local. Sorry, M&S. I used to always use your flower service but think I am done.

Bought as a gift for my grandma as it was the first father's day without my grandpa. However, the bouquet was smaller than expected and arrived in poor shape. I had hopes they would perk up with following the care instructions, however they didn't. They only lasted roughly 2 days before being a write off.

I don’t know why I still order flowers online from M&S. Perhaps I just believe it will be better than the last time. For the same price you get in store you can get better quality and more flowers. I would advise you buy them, if possible, from the store and deliver in person. In store flowers last much longer too.
