I ordered this product after reading reviews of how kind it was to sensitive skin. I have ultra sensitive skin with frequent flares of eczema on my face. I thought this was going to be a solution to remove eye makeup without irritation. I was wrong..... used only once and woke up next morning to severe flare up around my eyes. It stung on contact when applying after reviews said it was soothing and non irritant. It will take weeks for this flare to calm after only using once, so so disappointed with the result. Needless to say I would not recommend.

I absolutely love this product! It's so soothing and effective and there are no stingy eyes that you can get with many other eye make-up removers! It removes all eye make-up products including waterproof mascaras effortlessly. I would highly recommend!!

Have used this product for years - never had a bad reaction and it removes all mascara including waterproof easily - doesn't leave an oily reside like many others. Currently out of stock wherever I look I do hope it's not being discontinued!

I have used Clinique for quite a few years and I am always open to new products. My last visit to the Clinique counter the beauty advisor suggested a change of eye makeup remover and I am so pleased with this product. It is so gentle on the sensitive skin around the eyes and removes makeup in no time. It's non greasy formula leaves the eye area feeling lovely and smooth...I would recommend this product to all especially those of you with sensitive skin...Thank you Clinique for a great product

Bought this as I found previous eye make up removers I'd used were harsh on my skin. This one is gentle, but it's difficult to get the right amount on your eye. Too much and you get a blob of cream in your eye, too little and it doesn't remove your makeup. Much prefer 'take the day off'

I bought this as the take off the day remover was stinging my eyes, this is lovely and gentle but I find it near on impossible to remove waterproof mascara with it, unless I go over it several times making my eyes red in the process.

This is the best product ever, other brands should just give up! I have sensitive eyes and this is the only one that doesn't sting, irritate, dry out and yet still removes mke up quickly and efficiently with minimum effort. Recommend to anyone!

Very gentle and effective remover. Tackles waterproof mascara very well. Apply the cream to lids and gently massage into lashes and your mascara will melt away. I remove mine with a soft cosmetic pad rather than a tissue. I have very sensitive eyes and have not had any problems.

I use this now after for so many years using the eye makeup remover. I find that this is so good for taking not only my eye makeup away but also for the rest of my makeup. It is gentle and forms a nice cream to spread over the rest of my face.
