I have been using this eye make up remover for close on 20 years and is the best there is out there. I wear non-waterproof mascara, so I cannot say whether it is ideal for waterproof mascara, (I think for that you would need a product with more grip, so to speak). I find it works well if you massaged a little onto the lashes, leave for a minute or two, then swipe away with a damp cotton wool pad. Price wise a little expensive, but usually stock up when Clinique have offers on.

This has been unavailable for such a long time. It is the only effective eye make-up remover that I can use on my sensitive, contact lens wearing eyes. Having scavenged around the internet to track down any remaining supplies months ago, I've been forced to wear unpleasant mascara that can be washed off. I've bought enough to last me for a year and just hope Clinique will not be foolish enough to discontinue this product again.

I ordered this product after reading reviews of how kind it was to sensitive skin. I have ultra sensitive skin with frequent flares of eczema on my face. I thought this was going to be a solution to remove eye makeup without irritation. I was wrong..... used only once and woke up next morning to severe flare up around my eyes. It stung on contact when applying after reviews said it was soothing and non irritant. It will take weeks for this flare to calm after only using once, so so disappointed with the result. Needless to say I would not recommend.

I have used Clinique for quite a few years and I am always open to new products. My last visit to the Clinique counter the beauty advisor suggested a change of eye makeup remover and I am so pleased with this product. It is so gentle on the sensitive skin around the eyes and removes makeup in no time. It's non greasy formula leaves the eye area feeling lovely and smooth...I would recommend this product to all especially those of you with sensitive skin...Thank you Clinique for a great product

Bought this as I found previous eye make up removers I'd used were harsh on my skin. This one is gentle, but it's difficult to get the right amount on your eye. Too much and you get a blob of cream in your eye, too little and it doesn't remove your makeup. Much prefer 'take the day off'

I bought this as the take off the day remover was stinging my eyes, this is lovely and gentle but I find it near on impossible to remove waterproof mascara with it, unless I go over it several times making my eyes red in the process.
