The flowers were smaller than I had thought. In addition they were delivered without my personal message being attached, & with all siblings sending M&S flowers there was confusion.

I bought this for Mother’s Day and have to say that I was extremely disappointed by this ”bouquet”. My mum described them as a bunch and said they were “ok” and when I saw them I felt a bit cheated. There was a poor selection of flowers which looked nothing like the picture and what was there was squashed and looked half dead. The flowers barely lasted the week.

Pretty Bouquet

I brought this to be delivered on Mother’s Day, which it did. Was a very pretty bouquet. It wasn’t as full as expected and slightly different to picture but understand flowers could vary. My mum loved it and they were fresh, looked lovely when arranged in a vase. Have brought from Marks before and have been pleased. Would definitely buy again.

I was really worried when the flowers arrived as they looked very sparse and it looked a small bouquet. I needn’t have worried though. When they were taken out of the packaging and arranged they were beautiful.

These flowers were a present for someone very dear to me. They arrived at the designated time and the recipient was delighted with the flowers and photoshot a Picture of them. Whilst they looked pretty they didn’t seem to be a true representation of what I ordered from the website. Two days later I was told the flowers looked lovely having opened
