Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

Even after two weeks, the lilies did not bloom. This was an expensive bouquet for Mother’s Day and I am very disappointed in the quality.

Very disappointed customer as these were ordered for Mothers Day. Last Sunday after delivery the roses were wilting and brown on the ends. By Thursday my Mum had to throw the whole bunch away as they just looked awful and weeds in the vase.I’ve been embarrassed with my mother and can only state on arrival already looked 7-10 days old. Certainly not the beautiful bouquet as advertised and not my expectations from Marks and Spencer’s.

Great quality but in reality the roses delivered were darker pink and not as pale as those in the picture unfortunately -not the look I had wanted

Disappointed about the lilies and Roses.
The Lilies have not flowered. The roses started going brown the day after they were delivered. No flower food was supplied.

Very poor, delivered Sat 14th. After 6 days all the roses have died but lilies had not even opened. Even now after 9 days only two lilie part opened. A full refund would be appropriate - NOT GOOD! Photos available.

The bouquet I ordered for mother’s day was dead, my mother in law took it to M&S so they could see. She was given another bouquet later for free.
