This is one of the ugliest nightdresses I have had the misfortune to buy. It’s 2 saving graces, hence 2 stars, are it’s a decent length & light for hotter weather.

I thought paying more it would be good quality? The material is beautifully soft and I don’t itch. Why the 3 stars? I wore it for 4 nights and it has already twisted a little on washing gently and it’s got tiny bobbles on the material. I went back to the dark blue I bought last summer and it has bobbles on too. Maybe because it’s dark it doesn’t show as much? I lovely nightie because of its softness and gentle shaped sleeves but £40? Not sure.
