Moab Speed 2 Waterproof Walking Boots

Love the Moab Speed 2. Breathable, light, comfortable. Great looking mid boot.

I was very impressed with how light weight these shoes were. These shoes were very comfortable and provided my feet with the stability I was looking for. I took these shoes to Sedona, AZ, and hiked Soldier's Pass. I also walked about a 1/2 mile on paved roads and the shoes continued to be as comfortable as can be. I do wear insoles and there was plenty of room for them and a thick hiking sock.

Very comfortable, more than I expected. Moves very well with your foot movements. Has handled the trails of Zurich, French Alps and Spain. Very pleased with these Moab 2’s.

Took my brand spanking new Moab Speed 2's to Iceland for a week of hiking. I know that's not the wisest move but circumstances and a profound lack of proactivity set me on that course and I didn't deviate. My previous pair of trusted and true shoes just didn't have one more trip in them (to be completely truthful, I probably should have tossed them several trips ago) so I took the plunge. The shoes were incredibly comfortable and gave me the support I needed on the rocky and gravelly terrain. They also proved watertight during the rain that came and went several times over the course of the hikes and kept my feet dry awesome as we hiked behind and into some waterfalls. They proved to be extremely durable over the week and now I have a new pair of seasoned hiking boots for my next adventure.

I took these out to Glacier National Park and did 40 miles in mostly wet conditions. I was the only one in my group with dry socks by the end of each day! They were absolutely amazing and would recommend anyone to buy these. I have tried other brands in the past, but these were 11/10. Super comfortable and great for all elements, so you never have to worry.

Even though I bought these more for winter I decided to wear them out furniture shopping to check them out. Two thumbs up in every category. I'm a big Merrell fan and these may be the most comfortable pair to date.

Supportive and comfortable. These boots have really good structure. Laces are great. The high stack soles are really cushy, but also stable.

Perfect fit and lighter weight than leather Moabs. Good traction on tough trails.

I use these boots for work everyday, I typically hike 5-10 miles a day and have absolutely no foot pain at the end of the day. Definitely recommend these boots to anyone that is thinking about buying them

Use these boots as anti slip and waterproof solution in a “food factory” setting. Love their weight and comfort; unfortunately, the price for Gore Tex waterproofing is not worth it, as my feet get wet when washing the floors with a hose and sprayer. Twice so far, and they are new. Very disappointing!! Anti slip soles are not Merrell best alternative, their work series are better but waterproofing is poor.

They are very comfortable from the start and run true to size. I have worn them quite a bit, although I have not tested them on the trails yet. They offer lots of support throughout the boot to include ankle support. The traction is superior to a lot of other brands. I would recommend these to anyone looking for this style of boot.

I have owned several Merrell shoes and love the right out of the box comfort. This particular model was disappointing because the sole on the rear is peeling off.

I bought these a couple months ago, they are super comfortable and light. But after light wearing on wet west coast trails, the sole is starting to peel off the side of the shoe already, pretty disappointing, for the price I could’ve gotten a different brand with better build quality.
