ju1y3k4t13chr15 Happy sleeping Lovely mattress a good restful night sleep. Turning it round is quite difficult without side handles as advised when you get it. We are in our latter years and and l find it’s a bit high to get into bed.
Copper1wwwwww Awful Mattress I brought a king size mattress in June 2023 and followed the instructions rotating the mattress weekly. The mattress has a ridge in the middle and one side of the mattress slopes and you roll out of bed, you can fill the mesh springs digging in to you. Honestly it the worst mattress I’ve ever slept in and would never recommend it to anyone! as I haven’t had a good night sleep in it since it was delivered. Today I ordered another mattress from a better competitor as Marks and Spencer said there is nothing wrong with it. Previously i have always purchased my furniture from M&S but will never purchase anymore from them. It’s a real shame as I have previously always found that they was a good company and quality, till now!

MS42 Very comfortable mattress The care instructions suggest rotating the mattress weekly for the first 3 months, however as two seventy year olds this if difficult as there are no handles on the mattress. Although the the item details on your web site states “Mattress Handle: Yes”. Either change the item details or put handles oh the mattress.

If you’ve ordered two or more pieces of furniture products, we will aim for one delivery to your address – this is to minimise inconvenience and disruption to you and to help the environment with our Plan A commitment. Your estimated delivery timescale will be shown on the checkout page, before you pay. Our delivery team will deliver furniture to a room of your choice (unless specified as “delivered to your door”), providing social distancing can be maintained. On arrival, the delivery crew will unpack, position and where applicable, assemble your furniture (exclude “delivery only”). This may be subject to change due to government and local lockdowns. Some items are delivered flat packed. These flat packed pieces will need to be assembled by you. You can check this before you order under the ‘Item details’.
We are unable to deliver furniture to the Orkney Islands, internationally, some postcodes (see link) or to our stores for collection. Please allow an additional week for deliveries to Ireland.
