Wanted to try the “ found” range and so glad this one came up in the mix. Despite 14%alcohol this has subtlety. Slightly bitter on first taste but there’s depth through which the fruit rises. We will try with punchy tomato dishes and smoked/grilled oily fish dishes. Lovely! Will be buying more!,
