Care instructions
Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage and sealed in our water-free delivery solution. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline.
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (if provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly.

I ordered these for my daughter’s birthday and was mortified when she sent me a photo of the bouquet. The roses were an awful colour and looked shrivelled. The bunch seemed to contain a lot of twigs! So disappointing !

Wrong Roses sent without explanation or apology.
I ordered Magic Times for my wife’s birthday because her name is Madge! She received white and pale pink flowers with natural perfume. An apology would have been polite. They were fine roses but did not last as long as normal. We’re you offloading old stock?

I ordered for friend for her birthday , what arrived , 4 cream roses 6 pink roses not in best condition . How does this happen ? Ridiculous packaging , enormous box .I only found out she didn’t get what I ordered because I could hear disappointment in her voice.contacted MS offered refund or delivery today ,chose another delivery , won’t order again , ssoooo disappointing .
