Casual smart and comfortable, making them easy to dress up or down. At nearly 5.5ft, size 8 with average hips, the trouser hem sits comfortably-bit of room, on foot. Love the elasticated waist. Bought navy, and found a brown pair online as green not available in size.

Sizing way too big

The trousers were a lovely material and well made. However the sizing was way out. I’m normally a size 18 but even the 16 was massively too big from the crotch to the waist.

Comfortable fit and true to size (16) and lightweight material but as other reviews have mentioned the material creases badly and for the money I would have hoped for a better quality of fabric hence the 3 star review.

poor quality Jaeger trousers
l liked the look of colour , and the idea of elasticated waistband, when received , very disappointed in the quality, fabric creases , and the elasticated waist looked very cheap, I could have done better, and sadly returned them, I felt not worth full price , in fact would not buy at reduced price , not jaeger as I know it,

brilliant for the hotter or summer days. I love linen, but it doesn't transfer well from day to night if going out after work. These do, however. Also, I need to cover my waist, and the barrel style that is very popular does not suit, as you really need the waist to make that style work. So for my shape, v curvy all belly but long legs, these are flattering. The material, too, is plant-based, well-made, and lets the skin breathe... noticing that M&S are increasing the use of cheaper polyester and nylon-based materials, which are not great for the body.

These trousers are super easy to wear. They are elasticated waist but the tapered leg makes them feel much more elegant. Lightweight but gang fit ell. Can be dressed up or down. Perfect leg length for me. Will be so useful On our next holiday.
