Little America Backpack

As always, love Herschel products. Recently used the lifetime warranty for my little America backpack where the strap had snapped. They replaced at value of the product! Only thing is the new model doesnt have the nostalgic red and pink liner and the cinch strap is cumbersome and wish it was like the older model. Other than that product is great as usual. Thanks Herschel! 🤟🏾

The bag is good for big items but for day to day it’s too much. When you close the lid it creates an odd dent in the middle. Plus the zipper behind the cushion that touches your back is a fraud. It just goes into the main cabin where your laptop sits.

Honestly it’s a nice backpack but the fake leather is not built to last after a few months the straps broke off. I realized this product is fast fashion and not built to last

This is a very nice bag. The pictures does nothing for the color. I love it.

After a couple years of normal use (travel) the leather straps on my bag began to breakdown and flake off. See photos attached. Knowing that Herschel has a 'lifetime warranty' and prides themselves on the quality of their products, I hoped this defect would be covered. After submitting a claim I learned that general wear, including but not limited to the breakdown of colors and materials over time is not covered by their warranty. Just know if/when your backpack starts looking like this, it won't be covered.

I have an older version of this backpack that doesn’t include water bottle holders, so I was really pleased to see the updated design now features not just one, but two. However, it’s still missing one key feature every traveler would appreciate—a trolley sleeve. I’ve noticed this brand includes it on some products, though usually on styles that aren’t quite my taste. If this bag had a trolley sleeve, it would be the perfect travel backpack!

Nice backpack overall. The drawstring is a bit inconvenient to use and the shoulder straps aren't as comfortable as some other backpacks. A bit pricy for what it is.

I haven’t owned the new one too long but it’s holding up great so far. I loved my first one I got years ago and stick with them.

I love this bag because it's big capacity that I can put my computer, lunch and other things I need in it for taking to work or travel. The two pockets on each sides are the feature I always wanted (the old one I had does not have side pockets), so I can use to put water bottles.
