Lemon Bardot Maxi Waisted Beach Dress

What you can't see on the picture, is that main colour is actually pale pink. I love it. High slit on one side is also not shown on the picture, but I'm happy with my purchase, it made of lightweight fabric, will be perfect for hot weather on holiday.

The dress ismuch more beautiful in the picture. I like the style but the fitting is not quite right, won't have ordered it if i have seen it before.

I bought this dress in size 10 - the size 12 was too loose on the neckline. I am 5'6" and it falls to just on the ankle. The Bardot neckline fits well and is flattering. The waist is elasticated and has plenty of stretch so is comfortable. I like the sleeves which just cover the elbow. The material - a silky modal - is lightweight and perfect for warm weather and packing for travelling. The side split on the skirt may not be to everyone's taste - I have stitched it up until about 4" above the hem. The design on the fabric - lemons with green leaves on a pink trellis background - is very eye catching. Overall this little dress is an excellent buy at this price and perfect for the beach or chilling out on a hot day - hopefully when this pandemic is over!

Ordered dress online in my normal size and the next size down as beach dresses can be roomy, and the next size down was a better fit for me, which I don’t mind. I love the super comfortable design and quality material, combined with the mediterranean pattern. I will be wearing this dress more as lounge wear or a dressing gown as I think it far too good for the beach, and can brighten my day.

Most disappointing purchase I’ve made online - usually brands are good about showing colours and prints actually but there is a bright luminous pink check behind the lemons on this. I was so excited from the pics because it look gorgeous and just my style. I’m sure it would suit someone with a bolder taste than me but they’ll never buy it unless it is accurately shown.

Thin material, tending towards see-through, but ok for a beach dress. It has a high slit up the side seam . The neckline is very loose on me, but it will do for its purpose. The elasticated waist gives the dress a bit of shape. I like the sleeve length. This garment will make a decent cover up from hotel room to beach or poolside, which is the reason for my purchase.

This is really beautiful- have bought Two - can’t believe why this has not sold out - fantastic reduction. Lovely style wearable as a day dress, to the beach and for an evening out.

I’m happy I bought this dress as it’s flattering, very cool fabric when it’s really hot and fun, bright colours. Great for sitting by the pool on holiday, hair drying when I’m home and just out the shower or to just slip on for breakfast.

Ordered a size smaller fitted perfect a lovely bright colour dress

I purchased this dress recently. I haven’t had the chance to wear it yet but am looking forward to doing so if the promised mini-heatwave in September happens. The dress is comfortable and stylish, however the photo of the model on the website implied that the dress was lemon when in fact one of the dominant colours is pink. I have given it four stars as the dress arrived crumpled and will need a good iron before wearing. That aside it is a nice dress which is flattering to ladies of a more curvier figure.

Love my new holiday dress, so summery with the lemons print. Not sure about the big slit up the side which I didn't realise it had though. Shame I won't be able to wear until next year now

Pleased with the overall fit and style of the dress . As stated in reviews that the material is a bit thin but would only be wearing it over a swim suit. Went down a size. Haven’t washed it as haven’t been able to wear it due to lock down. I’m sure it will wash and dry fine when given the chance to wear it.

This is a lovely dress and it fits true to size but on my colouring it looked like a nightdress. It will suit someone who is darker and younger.

Very pretty comfortable dress which I wear at home around the house. Obviously see through meant for beach over swimwear. Quality ok I wouldn’t paid the full price but sale ok. But lovely design.
