Hello there!

This set was awesome to see, the build was fun, the figures are great. The size I would say is entirely accurate. I took off the stud shooters as I do on most sets because they look weird, and I'm a collector who displays my sets or builds MOCs with them, so I don't care about the play features, though I imagine kids would enjoy them. I found you can store R4-P17's body in the compartment in front of the cockpit.

Great little pick-me-up

I was feeling a little down and I knew a little Lego would be just the thing, very swooshable, perfect for any Star Wars fan (and, if you have the money, it goes just perfectly with Jango Fett ship that's coming out in a couple of days). Great for adults and kids alike!

Fun Little Ship

I bought this set to display with Jango Fett's Starship. This was a fairly easy, yet fun and quick build. The exclusive Kaminoan Taun We mini fig was a nice addition. The ship has lots of playability. It features an opening minifigure cockpit for Obi-Wan, 2 stud shooters, retractable landing gear, lightsaber storage clips and an attachment point on the wing for droid R4-P17’s head.

Good but with flaws

The Starfighter is sleek and great to look at from certain angles. its fun to swoosh around the house with it and recreate your favorite scenes. But the significant gap between the wings, the lack on backplating on R5 just misses the mark. The worst part of the set is the lack on storage for Obi-Wans hood and the fact that you can only use R5 head instead of the whole unit on the wing. Overall i am satisfied but these flaws really disappointing.

Looks great on display, bigger than I expected and comes with great minifigs. The wing gap isn’t really noticeable, my only complaint being sooo many stickers!! It’s a good set, would recommend

I got an older version of this set around 2008 when I was a kid. Now I get to build it again next week with my nieces and nephews. I am glad they made it again.

Great episode 2 set

In the current setting of Star Wars Lego sets we do not often get sets from episodes 1, 2, and 3 unless they pertain to a recent series or are landing on an anniversary of release. This set is kind of an odd one out as it’s currently the only episode 2 set out. And to me it seems evident why it would be released among all these sets that pertain to more modern Star Wars. It’s a great set with good little details. The mini figures included look good. There is a degree of modification options to the ship and mini figures not always present in these cheaper sets. And overall it looks great. It’s a fantastic set to build and I wish we had more like it.

This is a great starfighter and looks perfect for clone wars scenes. Obi-wan is looking good and R4-P17 is in top form. Taun-We looks good and the ship is excellent.

Fun build

I thought this was a fun build with easy to follow instructions. The minifigures are great and I appreciate the fact that you can hide R4’s body inside the ship in “flight mode.” The stickers can get annoying but that’s what you get at this price point. I also agree with another commenter that the gap between the wings and the body looks a bit off, but it’s not a deal breaker by any means. Overall: good value, fun build, great part of any Star Wars LEGO collection.

Very good! This set was very well done, and the instructions were very easy to follow. And this set featured the first Kaminoian Minifigure ever! I replaced Obi-Wan's hair piece with his hair piece from the Inquisitor Shuttle, it looks more accurate. Other than that, great set!
