good quality smooth well , may a little bit hard from back side but after one week will be softer.

I’m actually going into my local clarks tomorrow to ask how they can explain how my daughters shoe has literally fallen apart?? She has had them 6 months and if it’s wear and tear why only one shoe??? Inconsistent checks on quality and im not happy as a single parent with a 12 year old in adult size 8 i really thought that i could rely on clarks to see us through at least 8 months?

I was initially cautious about purchasing these due to all the negative reviews about how uncomfortable they were. So pleased I gave them a try. True to size. They are so comfortable and I’m sure they will get a lot of wear.

Lovrly and comfortable shoes but unfortunately just slightly smsll

Purchased the Teala loafer in patent leather for the new school year and the stitching has already failed on the strap across the front on both shoes, rendering them unwearable as the shoes keep falling off now. At these hefty prices for shoes, they ought to be a better quality than this.....Clarks need to up their game as I for one won't be coming back at the start of the next school year; your quality has been diminishing for several years now.

I bought these for my daughter who has a long walk to and from school. They are comfortable and stylish so will buy a pair for me!

I bought my usual 6.5 and wore them around the house on carpet for a bit...all seemed fine. I then wore them for a few hours outside and oh my goodness - my big toes are now killing. Like another reviewer, I seriously wondered if they'd been labelled incorrectly. £70 for a shoe that I'm now scared to wear...maybe they'll give...but if not *ouch* on two counts, one of which is my wallet.

Very hard, very uncomfortable, got these for my new job but left me in tears, horrible blisters on both feet, worn them once and could not return. £70 wasted on shoes that I will never wear again! I will never shop in Clarks, thanks!

Looks beautiful, but fit’s on the smaller side and therefore eas too tight for me. I had to return it.

My daughter is delighted with these for school days they are very comfortable and look great!

I always wear a Clarks size 6.5 or 7. Therefore I assumed these would fit and didn't really walk around in the house enough before I wore them outside for half an hour. Feet absolutely crippled, toes curled up as not enough space, and skin removed from heels and some toes. I've thrown the box and invoice away and removed the stickers from the soles and worn outside (albeit briefly) therefore this has been an expensive mistake. I'm not sure if I have received a faulty pair with an incorrect size on as they are so small I really feel they are a 6 and are mislabelled. Such a shame as I love the style but now can't return and can't afford another pair. I always order online as there is no Clarks shop near me however this has put me off due to the expense of my mistake.
