Leather Bow Pumps

The above ratings are deceptive, for decades my feet have been a perfect Marks size 4 1/2 and now all the ballet pumps I tried - 8 different sizes and styles none of them fit. They're either too big, too small, too wide or too narrow. I am so disappointed that has seriously gone wrong with your sizes. I like the style, quality, value for money and material but if the shoes don't fit that counts for nothing. Also, while I'm on a roll when will M&S decide who their target customers? Young people don't buy from M&S but their mothers do and we are interested in stylish, well made clothes. Fashion fads like florals, lime green, acidic yellow colours do not suit older women but we don't want to be frumpy. Please get it right.

The sizing of the shoe is a bit odd. I'm a size 5 and the shoes are size 5 however they are a bit loose. They fit perfectly if you wear socks and tights in the winter. The insolia isn't doing much, I feel the shoes need better padding especially the heel bit where I need to add additional heel insoles to absorb the impact from walking.

Very practicable little school shoes for a tall teenager.

I have been looking for a smart black pair of flats for a while but they always are either too flat or too expensive. I think this style is great, they look like some designer ones I like and in leather. Great shape and very classy.

I needed some red shoes quickly to go with a dress I'd bought for a wedding. I've never worn ballet pumps because they seemed too flat for me but these have just enough heel to suit my feet. Pleased with them.

Sorry but the shoes did not fit properly I love red shoes but I was dis appointed in the quality of these ,I returned them

Quite plain shoes but ideal for work where I can be on my feet a lot. Have worn them 2 days and they are beginning to squeak! Thought they were good value but if they squeak any louder they will be a terrible buy so we shall see if they are returned.....

Heel too high at the back makes it very uncomfortable. Tried 3 pairs but all were painful to wear .Poor standard

I bought these shoes in black and red as I thought it was a lovely, smart style which will look good both with trousers and skirts. The black ones were fine but the red ones didn't match. The front of one was longer than the other. I ordered another pair and they were just as bad. Luckily my local store stocked them and the ones on the shelf were OK. So, third time lucky !! But quality control was obviously non existent. I haven't worn them yet but, being leather, I'm sure they'll be comfortable and a good addition to my wardrobe.

I’ve been looking for a pair of red ballet pumps that aren’t completely flat. These are perfect with a nice block heel. The leather is a lovely quality and the fit is true to size. They look great with jeans and are so comfortable. I’m now tempted to buy them in the animal print.

I have both black and navy ballerinas from M & S and they are really comfortable. Had to go half a size smaller with the red ones, but very pleased.
