Returned skirt.
No, I don't recommend this
This faux leather burgundy skirt was far too long for me and the waistband didn't lie flat near the zip. Where it had been folded for transit, there were very prominent creases which I thought looked reluctant to all out. I therefore had to return it.

Came down to my ankles being 5" tall. Looks like real leather. Lovely colour.
