Lovely looking boots. Nice and wide. So the shoe part is very comfortable. The leather of the ankle/leg part of the boot however is quite stiff and doesn't give, but instead has creased and rubs. This isn't enough of an issue for me to return them, because they're really nice boots. Just not the most comfortable.

I loved these boots but they were a little roomy in the heel area and rubbed. No half-sides. Great quality and value. I returned them and bought the patent laced boots. Beautiful boots too. Thanks M&S for stocking the boots.

Lovely books. They are good as you can adjust the top for larger calves. Mine are quite big but these are perfect. Easy on and off with zipper. Will be worn with tights and mini skirts. Thank you M&S.

Love these boots! Bought them to wear with long skirts and they are perfect. Having the side zip makes them so easy to take on and off without having to undo the laces every time. Haven’t worn them for a long period yet but they seem very comfortable

I had a pair of lace-up boots years ago and have been looking for another pair for a long time. These fit the bill in style. I am usually a 4.5-5 shoe size but the 5s are too big. I reordered a size 4 and if I wear thin socks they fit. Being leather they should stretch and become a bit more supple. It is such a shame that they don’t come in half sizes.

Fab comfortable boots
Delighted with these boots. Stylish, ever so slightly edgy and comfortable. I have fairly wide feet and, um, not slim calves - laces mean that they can be adjusted to fit me perfectly. Got my normal size and wore them to work straight away (in retail, on my feet all the time).
