Leather Lace Up Brogues

So comfortable and a perfect fit Chunky but not heavy or clumpy.

Bought for wide feet with additional orthotic device to squeeze in, they were accomodating and fitted well for around 9 months. Really happy to start with then disappointed. Very comfortable for working but the heel eventually caved in and so a new pair needed. Although it was a good fit for wide feet, which is not easy to find, I expected better wear from Clarks shoes. They have definitely been more robust in the past. Now looking outside their range for first time in many years.

I bought this style in an attractive tan and ordered my usual size 4. Occasionally a size 4 is snug and would only wear a thin ladies' sheer stocking. Bought another pair in same online order in brogue style but different model and colour. The tan Orinoco 2 was so huge that I thought I had ordered a man's size by mistake. The two brogues in the same size side by side were remarkable. This one was over an inch bigger, huge. Even with a thick wool winter sock, they were way too large. I am disappointed because this shoe is so appealing, just what I'd like, but there were no smaller sizes left. *Sigh*...

I love clarks shoes, they are my go to. but this pair were truly awful. I bought a pair of 7.5 for my sensible 13 year old daughter for school. They scuffed immediately which is not unexpected though disappointing. The sole is very thin and smooth and within a few weeks the sole was coming away and within a couple of months the sole was loose and now has holes in it so they are unwearable in the rain. I am shocked about how poorly made and lacking in durability they have been. It has put me off all clarks shoes for now

Beautiful shoes buoyed in a past I want to buy again

I read the reviews about the Wide fit not being very wide, but decided to give them a chance anyway. As soon as I got them out of the box I thought "They're not very wide". I tried them on and they were immediately pressing on my Tailor's bunion (at the outside of my foot). I've had wider fitting 'standard' shoes. The toes on both shoes were also scuffed, even though the soles didn't show any wear. Very disappointed. Returned.
