I ordered these shoes as they looked good on line and were a good price . They were comfortable and and felt sturdy on my feet but I decided I didn’t like the shape of the toe as it wasn’t round and clumpy enough for me they looked a little outdated so sent them back

I ordered several different sizes, 2 regular fit and 1 wide fit. I’ve ended up buying my usual size in a regular fit because I was walking out of the half size up and the wide fit. However, I’m finding them quite tight across the toes and will need to take action before I’ll trust them outside. Out comes my trusted shoe stretcher and I foresee many days of wearing them in the house before I’m happy with them. They’re lovely quality but need a bit of work.

I love Marks , food , clothes , shoes , gifts , everything. I do prefer to shop and try before buying clothes and shoes , but not possible at the moment. I needed new work shoes and liked the look of the loafers. Expensive but leather. I have slim feet , so ordered regular. They are so tight across my toes and the shoes are so heavy. Not for me.

Unfortunately I have returned these shoes as they were too large. I bought a size 7 (my regular size) but they were too long. It’s a pity they are not available in half sizes.

After initial wearing-in around the house these shoes were like slippers. Normally it would take a few times of wearing to ‘break in’ new shoes but not these. At £49,50 they were a bit more expensive than most of the other loafers, but as the saying goes “they’re worth it”.

I tried 2 sizes and 2 widths and found that my true size 5 was perfect and wide fitting was really comfortable, as I don't have the daintiest of feet! Very happy with these shoes.
