Agree with other reviews, they are huge. One shoe was bigger than the other, as mentioned in another review. Should’ve just listened. The gold chain also arrived tarnished. Looked very cheap. Wouldn’t even bother buying in sale.

Whilst the quality of the leather & the price are both good the shoe size itself is way too big. I ordered my usual shoe size 6 but the shoes were a whole full size if not a tad more larger.

Just worn these for the first time (ordered online) the left shoe had a slight scuff on top but will polish out. The left shoe fits okay but the right I found my heel tends to slip up. Will be buying gel heel grips. Otherwise they look good and stylish with the gold chain and black trousers, but would not wear with a skirt or dress.

Nice quality and comfortable leather not to hard as some shoes in this style can rub the heels but these had padding around the inside of the heels so is a better fit for me as I have a slim foot . Very nice with jeans chinos or skirt .

These shoes were exactly what I have been looking for for months. They fitted perfectly around my foot. Sadly, I had to return them as the 5 was too short and the 5.5 just too long (despite trying heel grips). My normal size is 5.5. I'm really sad that I had to return them. I used to be a perfect M&S 5.5 and shoes from 10 years ago still fit perfectly, but I haven't found any M&S shoes recently that fitted. Have you changed your sizing M&S?
