Having purchased a few finery dresses I knew it was going to be wide at the shoulder so it did need a little alteration.The dress hangs beautifully and suits my shape. I am a size 16 at the top & 14 at the bottom. I ordered a 16 & it is a good fit. I am 5ft 8 inches tall

I bought this dress along with a few others with holiday in mind. I kept it for a daytime birthday do instead as it was so nice. Love the print and style it is very slimming. It has a side zip fastening which I’m not usually fond of but it was fine

No, I don't recommend this
I was looking forward to picking this dress up and liked the design of the pattern and the material it was made in. I ordered 2 sizes as never know any more where I am with M&S sizes. I am 5’2” max and although long the dresses were not too long for me BUT the necklines are far too big and the dress itself FAR too tight. In this style I am usually an 18 but just about managed to get the 20 on but could hardly breath whilst the neckline kept falling off. Such a shame but both will have to be returned. The 1 star is for the pattern and colour of the fabric.
