Not waterproof

No, I don't recommend this
I bought them 3 months ago and only got to wear them in August when the weather became wet and cool and it turned out my socks were soaked after 1 wear. I have other boots made with Gore-tex and they truely are waterproof. Other than that nice boots. Not as advertised.

These boots are quite lightweight, not too ‘clompy’ and very comfortable straight out of the box. They’re so light & good-looking, I’ve been wearing them as everyday shoes! I haven’t done a longer (>10 miles) walk in them, so I don’t know how they’d hold up. The soles are more flexible than some hiking boots I’ve owned, which makes them nice to wear, but could be tiring on very rocky terrain.

I find these shoes really comfortable, although I did have to buy half a size larger than I normally wear. A real plus that they come in half sizes. They are lightweight but sturdy.
