Yes, I recommend this
It's more like a tank top than a bra. I like that it is padded, and the blue colour is lovely. I sized up, so the support is medium, but I'd expect it to be more supportive in my usual size. I also ordered the same top in pink.

No, I don't recommend this
Last desperate effort to buy a sports bra from M&S that is actually possible to get on without major wriggling, to wear without sore skin from the elastic and to wear without my bust slipping out. Hopeless! And apparently impossible to return through M&S . Never again…
