Doesnt seem much different from the Glycerin Max 1

Originally posted on brooksrunning.com

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Aesthetically, I really like this shoe, but I was not super impressed by the feeling on my first few runs. I got blistered in my arch on the first two runs (and I have nice socks), so I went and added some insoles to make them fit a little better. I also felt like my lateral hip was a little aggravated after wearing. Not sure if that was because I had been running in a less cushioned shoe or what. Was going to run in my next half-marathon in them, but now I am not sure. I have previously been in the Hyperion Max 2 & 3 and absolutely loved them.

Walking on Clouds in Japan

Originally posted on brooksrunning.com

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So besides running I was looking for a comfortable pair of shoes for walking and I have found them. These are arguably the best more comfortable walking shoes I have ever had. If you can get past the huge looking sole which is what makes them so comfortable. From the moment I put them on, they felt different. They were light and soft. I have now been wearing them around Japan and my feet don’t get tired. I wish they had some different colors like black on black, not sure why their black shows need or have a white sole.

Glycerin 2 for hallux rigid and metatarsalgia

Rear Tongue Frustrations

Originally posted on brooksrunning.com

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shoe is comfortable but the heel tongue is the most annoying thing built on a shoe I've owned. If you like to slip on shoes then these shoes aren't for you! You have to meticulously hold that back tongue back otherwise it gets smooshed and you have to spend 2 mins pulling it back out. One of the worst designs on a shoe yet! Brooks is better than this. I don't know how it got out of testing.

GREAT SHOE!

Best shoe I have ever bought. So far, looks heavy but it not. I’m used to running in the kayanos, but I think I got a new favorite go to running shoe.

The Greatest Shoe on Earth

Originally posted on brooksrunning.com

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The most comfortable shoe I've ever owned! Bought this shoe primarily for walking on the treadmill and it didn't disappoint. The Ghost Max 2 was great but has been bumped by Glycerin Max 2. Overall, you cannot go wrong is Brooks!

Glycerin Max 2

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very comfortable for everyday use and feels good even after long wear. However, it could be improved by adding a quick-wear feature and offering more color options to suit different preferences.

HUGE disappointment

Originally posted on brooksrunning.com

What a massive disappointment these were. After using the V1s for so long as my absolute favorite shoe ever, I had high hopes... but the V2s are STIFF as heck. Why would you change a shoe that was so well recieved?!?!? Drives me crazy. Back to my Nike Premiums, or Ghost Max V1s.

Huge down grade from V1

Originally posted on brooksrunning.com

What a HUGE disappointment these were... as every..single...person (who isn't a bot,) is saying these are no where near as comfortable as the first V1. They are stiff and feel narrow, which is the literal opposite of the first version which was one of the most comfortable shoes ever. Huge fail by Brooks... I just honestly can't understood why they cha get the show completely,?? Knew I was returning them 30 seconds after trying them on. GO FIND MORE V1's!

Big boy review

Originally posted on brooksrunning.com

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it! The Brooks Glycerin Max 2 is an excellent choice if your priority is comfort, cushioning, and joint protection. It’s perfect for easy runs, long distances, or everyday wear. I’m a heavier guy at 240 lbs and they are holding up well on my runs.

Already eyeing my third pair 👀 I’m 195, 6’1” and a heavy footed male and I love them! The laces are a bit long and the upper could stand to breathe just a tiny bit better but overall 8/10 shoes!
