[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great shoe! Seems right in line with my favs ghost running shoes. Few extra tweaks to handle a little more trail but, not so much that I can’t wear daily. Did have a small area wear eyelet wraps into foot well it try’s to grab sock just a little when removing shoes. No major issue though. Still give it a 5. Thanks you

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fit my neutral(ish) foot very well, super comfortable! I don't plan to trail run with these, but I will be using them for hiking once the weather warm up a bit. I wasn't sure if I was going to enjoy the appearance of them, but I was pleasantly surprised - they look great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great comfort. Usually I wear a 10.5 but needed 11 for these. Ghost 17 fit me at 10.5 but these trails have to go up a size. The trails are my go to shoe now.

Ghost Trailer Runner holds up to the Ghost reputation
Originally posted on brooksrunning.com
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've loved the Ghost for years. I love hiking and backpacking. When the trend in backpacking footwear went to trail running shoes, and I learned Brooks had made a trail running version of the Ghost, acquiring a pair was a no brainer. It's proven every bit what I expected. The sole is a little thicker, the shape a little more curved, but running and hiking in them feels very familiar. I'm happy with this product.

Check out the grip on these!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There was tons of snow & ice on the ground when I first got these… I stepped out of my car on an icy spot and started to slip & the treads on these shoes kept me standing. I am convinced, if I was wearing any other shoes I would have fallen. 10/10 traction. I also love the fit & functionality of these. If you’re in the Midwest, this is the perfect shoe for snowy & rainy seasons.

A swing and a miss :/

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wearing Brooks Ghosts and Cascadias for years and loved them! I’ve bought pairs for friends families and my partner over the years. So I was pumped to know there was a Ghost hybrid shoe. That being said this is the first time I’ve had an issue with Brooks The tongue of my shoes came with loose threads. And because it isn’t gusseted it moves around and the points where the laces go through are rough and dig into the top of my feet. I even ripped a pair of expensive darn tough socks taking them off!! Which has never once happened in my life. The shoes are significantly thinner, clunkier and loose in the heals. I can’t even wear them walking around town. Unfortunately I ordered these shoes and brought them when I moved out of the country and now that I have put some miles on them I can’t return them. Bummer! Because I love Brooks but these shoes are a swing and a miss.

Too small and rub ankles.
Originally posted on brooksrunning.com
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sides near ankle are too high and rub on foot. Also why couldn’t Brooks quality control have figured out that these run about a half size too small? I had to order 2 pairs only to find out that when I got the second pair that they are not good and now I have to switch to Hoka fo my trail runners! brooks ghost is my favorite shoe it’s what I wear daily and I was so excited to get Ghost trail runners. I don’t know why they had to change design and don’t have people even try them on to know that they are too small and weird on the ankles :(

Great shoe
Originally posted on brooksrunning.com
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had my first run in them yesterday, it was so nice to have a trail shoe that is similar to my road shoes. The grip kept me from sliding in the mud as it was a wet run. Very excited to put more miles on these shoes.

Lots of room in toe box, either the medium or wide widths.

Very comfortable and plenty of toe room. I like both the medium and wide widths, as they have much more room and are easier to get my high instep foot into; unlike the Saucony shoes. Very highly recommended.

Well made, performs different.
Originally posted on brooksrunning.com
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These shoes are esthetically pleasing and well made. I don’t particularly like the fit and performance of the sole. They are very rigid and don’t break over well on the balls of the feet. These are only my second pair of Ghosts. I’m been in Cascadias and Divides for years and was just going to switch it up. Not a bad shoe just not for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son’s first Brooks shoe. We are taking a trip to Europe and will walk a lot. We are doing a 6-7 day Camino de Santiago and the rest of trip 4-5 more days of sightseeing a few cities. He is breaking them in and so far he likes them. He says these are comfortable and “bouncy” he stated he feels like walking on a pillow.
