these are very uncomfortable and hard. even where the cushion should be in the bottom of the shoe. they hurt my feet which is typically not the case for NB💔

Nice, but not enough ankle support

Disappointing Purchase

The Arishi v4 Tiralux inner sole feels like it is paper-thin. I can feel my big toe pressing into the sole of the shoe, which has only been worn inside the house. The shoe would benefit from a thicker foam sole for better foot support. I am disappointed with the poor quality New Balance claims to offer. I would not recommend the shoe.

Shoes are lightweight, comfy for 9 hour shifts (on concrete). Color is a little lighter than picture. Do not use on wet floors you will slip. Laces are actually long enough to tie. Easy to clean with light dish soap and water.

Comfortable shoe that does not give me blisters on my achilles nor does it rub against my bunions. Measured my foot with the size guide and it determined I needed a wide width, which I purchased, however, I think I could've also had a standard width. Although, the length was accurate for ordering the right size. Love NB shoes for comfort and little bit of style, they're my go-to!
