The overall shoe is excellent. I purchased thos product for 2 specific reasons. Weight of the shoe and width. I have MS (multiple sclerosis) and the weight of my shoes is important. My 1 downfall of this shoe is that I drag my right toe and, as has happened with your product, the right toe is almost completely worn out while the left foot and rest of the shoes are in newish condition. I like this product and am onto my second pair after my Hoka's wore out because of the same issue but over a longer period of time. Can you shoes, specifically right toe, have a cap added to them to increase longevity?

For a wide shoe (4E) you would think they would make the part that goes over the top of the foot roomier as well. They are very tight were the laces start.

I have the v7 in extra wide and bought the v9 in extra wide. For some reason the toe box is smaller and doesn't fit my wife feet. NB used to be my go-to but I've had to go elsewhere for my last two athletic shoe purchases. Very disappointing.
