Faux Silk Pencil Pleat Blackout Curtains

I bought these to try and match another pair as I had moved house and they are spot on. Beautifully made and elegant. Very pleased with purchase

Was slightly put off buying these curtains by all the reviews saying how badly creased they were on arrival (isn't everything?) - a very quick cool iron and they're perfect! Not as heavy as some but the blackout lining works as expected.

I bought these curtains for my hall and landing. They are good quality and look really nice. Something to be careful of when pulling strings through they are not secured properly and I had to rethread the strings. Otherwise would recommend,

Put these up yesterday and they have transformed the room ! Spent a while ironing them and even though they still looked a little creased it really doesn’t show when they are up .

Beautiful curtains however the heading tape, as mentioned by previous reviewers, was very poor quality with cords coming detached during gathering

I thought that I had ordered a much lighter, silkier product. They definitely have a sheen and they are very nice curtains but not what I really wanted. I am keeping them because they are smart and, also, because we are in ‘lockdown’ again and it’s too much hassle to return them.

I expect better from Marks & Spencer the quality is terrible and they are so creased but don’t seem to fall out. A bad buy and I have never complained about any product from Marks and Spencer’s.

Cannot fault these lovely curtains. Just a subtle sheen on a light silvery grey colour. Very good quality and very nicely priced. Delivered promptly as promised and expected.

We bought these a couple of weeks ago to block out a neighbouring security light. They are very well made, give the bedroom a touch of luxury, and do the intended job!

I saw these curtains online and they looked perfect. However, they are not duck egg blue ... more like teal green. Also, the stitching is really poor. The corners aren’t finished off properly so they don’t sit flat. This causes the curtains not to hang straight which therefore means you can see the lining. On one of the curtains the strings don’t go all the way to the end of the header tape. When I collected the curtains from store they were folded inside a cardboard box. I expected them to be wrapped in plastic inside the box but there was no protection. Considering I carried the box across a carpark in torrential rain, I was lucky that the curtains weren’t damaged. They were very creased and even with steaming, a week later they are still creased. Very disappointing for M&S. On the positive side though, the curtains look luxurious and fortunately the colour does still go with my bedroom colour scheme. Also, the blackout lining is really good. I will have to take the curtain up though and sew the corners properly so they hang nicer.

Beautiful material and lovely colour. Reasonably priced. Delighted with my purchase.

Bought these this week and put them straight up absolutely transformed the bedroom and stops all traffic light and natural light coming not bedroom.

Pleased with the basic quality and design of this item but M&S really need to sort out the packaging. Curtains sooo creased when removed from packaging. Have been hung a week and no better. Will have to take down and give good iron - far from ideal and still to see if that's successful.
