I live in these shorts now: not only are they good for the gym, but they're also good for everyday. The length is perfect: not too long or too short. The fit isn't too tight, either, and as a lady of a certain age, I appreciate that. The pockets are nice and deep enough to hold my phone and my keys without looking awkward. The only issue, if you can call it that, is that the thread on the bottom hem got snagged the first day I wore them. That might have been because of my cat, but I expected something a little sturdier. Overall, though, I will probably buy more, since I've been living in them since they arrived.
