Great training shoe! Use it for my shorter runs and to save my carbon plate shoes for longer runs and races. Use it to walk in Europe and when going to parks for the whole day. Supportive arch, stable, more rigid. It is a great buy!

I have only one short run on these shoes, and seeing wear on exposed midsole. extremely disappointed.

I wore the 4’s and trained in them and bought the 5’s for my marathon and i loved them. Not a single blister and feet and legs felt great! And I’ve had 2 acl surgeries!

This shoe offers a great blend of cushion without being overly heavy and clunky. It still has that snappy feel that allows tempo and faster workouts to feel quick, while being cushioned enough to also support a long run. The nylon plate is much more forgiving that carbon plates on longer runs, so your feet don't get fatigued by the harsher feel of a typical carbon shoe.

These shoes have been great overall. They’re comfortable, lightweight, and feel really good while running. My only issue is that the outside material/finish around the sole has already started peeling and chipping. It hasn’t affected the performance of the shoe, but I was disappointed to see this happening so soon. Other than that, I really like the Endorphin Speed 5.

I love the shoes. They are one of the faster pairs of showed I’ve ever had. They’re also very light and comfortable.

Nice shoes but the sizing seems inconsistent. I got the same size Endorphin Azuras a few months ago and they fit fine, but these feel a bit too short.

I bought these to wear for Hyrox. Great for running and stable and good traction for the stations.

The Saucony Endorphin Speed 5 has been a great addition to my running rotation. They’re lightweight, responsive, and have a really smooth feel when picking up the pace. The cushioning is comfortable enough for longer runs while still giving you that snappy, energetic feeling during faster workouts. I also really like the overall stability and fit. They feel secure without being overly restrictive, and the transition from heel to toe feels very natural. Whether I’m doing a tempo run, intervals, or a longer run with some faster miles, these have performed really well. Definitely one of my favorite running shoes so far. Saucony did a great job with the Speed 5.

Decent shoes but they really just don’t work well for me. I’m a heavier runner with a toe/mod foot strike. These shoes just don’t have enough cushion for me. Over 3 miles and I really start feeling the lack of cushion and experience a lot more general soreness after.

Completed 3 runs and nearly 24 miles total so far. Really nice shoe for training in the 5 to 10 mile range or for intervals. Low profile and lighter than my Saucony Ride with just enough cushion and comfortable tongue.
