Roses were very poor, usually we have good flowers that bloom in vase but this time they didn't open and petals looked old and went brown very soon.

The price was excellent for what you get. However, unfortunately the flowers never opened and remained closed the entire time. I am quite clued up on how to care for flowers as well so it wasnt down to my own doing.

Roses arrived in bud as expected but failed to bloom properly despite being correctly cared for. After 10 days still looked poor and we're disposed of. Truffles met expectations and would be selected again in the future.

Usually M and S roses arive well packaged and good condition. Unfortunately these latest valentine red roses had alot of brown on petals, looked very dry. Even after a week they dont look the usual standard. Most disapointing.

Whilst understand the Valentines price increase, the flowers arrived in bud as advertised but failed to bloom and lasted much less than store bought flowers 2 weeks prior. Disappointing quality which is unusual for M&S. It appears to buy in store is a better bet in future.

I brought these roses for my husband for Valentines Day. They arrived asleep and the instructions were followed to wake them up. A week later they are not fully awake and have now started to die. We expected them to open and to bloom, like the cheaper roses that he had brought for me.
