Valentine's Dozen Red Freedom® Roses Bouquet

These were bought as a gift and they looked absolutely beautiful in the photos I saw. Great service as always.

A Valentine's Day bouquet. Sadly not up to usual standard as one rose was already discoloured and shedding petals. All were binned after five days despite my wife cutting the stems and following the instructions. Very disappointing.

Considering it was Valentine's Day and the flowers were received in the post these were top quality and I doubt you would receive any better in the post. All flowers opened, quality was good and they lasted a long time.

The flowers were amazing and very much appreciated. The delivery arrangements were more tricky than I wanted.

Great quality and quick to deliver following the late order

The dozen red roses arrived in a horrible condition. Two of the stems were completely broken in half, and the remaining 10 were wilted, bent and had shrivelled petals. The bouquet looked terrible, and even when I tried to salvage a few of the roses to display in a vase (after cutting the bottom and placing in water)), they just flopped over the side of the vase. I ended up throwing the entire order away. It was very disappointing and I was very upset to have spent £50 on a worthless order. I tried multiple times to contact M&S for a refund, but found it impossible to find help with refunds for fresh flower orders. I would definitely NOT recommend ordering fresh roses from M&S.

I ordered them on behalf of one of my sons as he’s working abroad. These beautiful roses were for his lovely girlfriend Bella . They were stunning & she was very happy . Thank you M&S

The flowers arrived on time and were presented beautifully. Maybe I expected too much but they only lasted a week!

A few flowers were clearly past their best when they arrived and only got worse as the days went by, others looked good and better as the days went by

A little disappointing, several roses had a dead petal or two. Packing was very very good and flowers have lasted a week

Bought for wedding anniversary. I have used this service a number of times before so was confident the quality would be good. However, on this occasion a number of the stems had been cleanly severed near the rose heads and fell off as we took the bunch out of the box. One stem was also very twisted and the rose didn’t last. A disappointing experience.

The roses were a lovely deep colour with a velvety texture, much appreciated by the recipient. They arrived promptly in excellent. A superb Valentine's gift!

I used the flower ordering service to purchased a dozen red roses based on the description, picture and representation as seen on the Marks & Spencer website. The purchase was NOT as a Valentine present, but as part of a very special present for my wife, as I was out of the Country. The flowers my wife received were not as described and quite frankly not worth the fifty pounds, although my wife was very happy to receive flowers, she was disappointed with the quality of the flowers, as was I, on my return.

Bought for Valentine’s Day for my girlfriend, they were very well received. She said they’re amazing and took hundreds of photos of them.
